1 (15 oz) can HealthMarket green chili and lime refried beans | ||
2 tsp. taco seasoning | ||
¼ tsp. cayenne pepper | ||
1 ½ tsp. lime juice | ||
½ c. Tofutti Sour Supreme | ||
¼ c. mayonnaise | ||
1 c. Muir Glen medium salsa | ||
1 (3.8 oz) can sliced black olives, drained | ||
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese | ||
Genisoy Parmesan and garlic potato soy crisps, optional |
Directions
- Stir together beans, taco seasoning, cayenne pepper and lime juice. Spread in the bottom of a 9-inch round pie plate.
- Stir together Tofutti and mayonnaise. Spread on top of beans. Top with salsa, olives and cheese. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
- Serve with potato soy crisps, if desired.
