    Serves 4
    6 tbsp. olive oil, divided
    3 tbsp. water
    ½ tsp. Spice Islands medium-grind black pepper
    1 tsp. Spice Islands lemon peel
    1 ½ tsp. Spice Islands crushed red pepper, divided
    1 lbs. boneless beef sirloin steak, cut into 1/4-inch strips
    1 (10 oz) pkg salad mix
    1 red and yellow bell pepper, seeded and cut into thin strips
    ¾ c. slightly crushed tortilla chips
    2 tbsp. soy sauce
    1 tbsp. lemon juice


    1. Combine 3 tablespoons olive oil, water, salt, black pepper, lemon peel and 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper in a zip-top bag for a marinade. Add meat, close bag and toss to coat. Marinate 10 minutes.
    2. Mix 2 tablespoons olive oil, soy sauce, lemon juice and 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper in a small bowl for dressing; set aside.
    3. Remove meat from bag; discard bag and marinade.
    4. Grill 2 to 3 minutes per side.
    5. Place salad mix in a large bowl. Top with beef, peppers and dressing. Sprinkle with tortilla chips.
