1 (15-oz.) can Hy-Vee no-salt-added black beans, drained and rinsed
4 c. Hy-Vee Hickory House herb-roasted chicken breasts
2 c. Hy-Vee Short Cuts tricolor bell peppers
2 ⅔ c. Hy-Vee brown rice, cooked
6 c. chopped romaine lettuce
1 c. Hy-Vee shredded sharp Cheddar cheese

Directions

  1. Spoon 1/4 cup salsa in the bottom of 8 (16-oz. each) jars.

  2. Fill each jar in the following order: 1/4 cup corn, 1/4 cup black beans, 1/2 cup chicken, 1/4 cup peppers, 1/3 cup brown rice, 3/4 cup chopped romaine, and 2 tablespoons cheese. Cover and refrigerate.

  3. To serve, empty salads onto serving plates and toss to combine.
