Directions
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
- Combine paprika, chili powder, ground cumin, brown sugar, granulated sugar, black pepper and salt in a small bowl.
- Rub tenderloin with spice mixture and place in a shallow pan.
- Roast for 25 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 145 degrees. Let rest for 5 minutes before slicing to serve.
