    ¾ tsp. Hy-Vee chili powder
    ¾ tsp. ground cumin
    ¾ tsp. Hy-Vee brown sugar
    ¾ tsp. Hy-Vee granulated sugar
    ¾ tsp. Hy-Vee ground black pepper
    ½ tsp. Hy-Vee salt
    1 (1 lb) pork tenderloin, trimmed

    Directions

    1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
    2. Combine paprika, chili powder, ground cumin, brown sugar, granulated sugar, black pepper and salt in a small bowl.
    3. Rub tenderloin with spice mixture and place in a shallow pan.
    4. Roast for 25 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 145 degrees. Let rest for 5 minutes before slicing to serve.
