    1 (9 oz) pkg Louis Rich Southwestern chicken breast strips
    1 (15 oz) can Hy-Vee kidney beans, drained and rinsed
    1 (3.8 oz) can Hy-Vee sliced ripe olives, drained
    ¼ c. sliced green onion
    ½ c. Chi Chi's mild salsa
    ½ c. fat free French dressing
    1 (5 oz) Dole classic salad mix
    1 c. Kraft 2% milk cheddar and Monterey cheese cubes

    Directions

    1. In a medium mixing bowl, combine chicken strips, beans, olives, green onion, salsa and dressing. Mix well.
    2. Place salad mix and cheese cubes in a large serving bowl.
    3. Stir in chicken mixture. Toss gently to coat.
    4. Serve immediately or refrigerate covered, up to 4 hours.
