1 (9 oz) pkg Louis Rich Southwestern chicken breast strips | ||
1 (15 oz) can Hy-Vee kidney beans, drained and rinsed | ||
1 (3.8 oz) can Hy-Vee sliced ripe olives, drained | ||
¼ c. sliced green onion | ||
½ c. Chi Chi's mild salsa | ||
½ c. fat free French dressing | ||
1 (5 oz) Dole classic salad mix | ||
1 c. Kraft 2% milk cheddar and Monterey cheese cubes |
Directions
- In a medium mixing bowl, combine chicken strips, beans, olives, green onion, salsa and dressing. Mix well.
- Place salad mix and cheese cubes in a large serving bowl.
- Stir in chicken mixture. Toss gently to coat.
- Serve immediately or refrigerate covered, up to 4 hours.
