Southwest Avocado Slider

Description
Fresh pico de gallo is what makes these sliders one our favorites. That and the avocado and sour cream and fresh lime.

8 Hy-Vee Bakery slider buns, split | ||
½ c. Hy-Vee sour cream | ||
1 c. Hy-Vee fresh pico de gallo | ||
1 avocado, sliced, pitted, and peeled | ||
1 fresh lime, sliced |

- Charcoal or gas grill
- Meat thermometer
Directions
- Preheat grill to direct heat over medium-high heat. Grill patties about 8 to 10 minutes, flipping once, or until temperature reaches 160 degrees. During last minute of grilling, add buns, cut sides down, on grill. Grill until lightly toasted.
- Spread the bottom half of each bun with sour cream. Top each with slider, pico, avocado, a squeeze of lime juice and top bun.
