    2 tsp. Hy-Vee granulated sugar
    2 tbsp. Hy-Vee Select white wine vinegar
    2 tbsp. Hy-Vee honey mustard
    ½ tsp. celery seed
    ¼ tsp. crushed red pepper
    2 tbsp. water
    ½ medium red bell pepper, seeded and diced
    4 slice(s) Hy-Vee pre-cooked bacon, warmed and chopped
    6 c. fresh spinach leaves
    2 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
    ½ c. chow mein noodles

    Directions

    1. In a 2-cup liquid measuring cup, stir together sugar, vinegar and mustard. Stir in celery seed, crushed red pepper, water, bell pepper and bacon.
    2. Place spinach in a medium bowl. Top with dressing, eggs and chow mein noodles.
    3. Serve immediately.
