    1 c. water
    1 (8-oz.) can Hy-Vee tomato sauce
    1 (2-1/2-oz.) envelope Crockery Gourmet seasoning mix for beef
    ½ tsp. Hy-Vee dried thyme
    2 clove(s) garlic, minced
    2 lbs. Hy-Vee Angus Reserve boneless beef stew meat
    1 (1-1/2-lb.) pkg. Hy-Vee Smart Bite baby blondes potatoes, halved
    5 medium carrots, peeled and cut into 1-inch-thick slices
    1 (8-oz.) pkg. sliced baby bella mushrooms
    2 stalk(s) celery, sliced
    Fresh thyme, chopped; for garnish

    Directions

    1. Combine broth, water, tomato sauce, seasoning mix, dried thyme, and garlic in 6-quart Crockpot. Stir until seasoning mix dissolves. 

    2. Add stew meat, potatoes, carrots, mushrooms, and celery. Stir to coat. 

    3. Cover and cook on HIGH for 4-1/2 to 5 hours or LOW for 7 to 8 hours or until vegetables are tender and beef is cooked through (165 degrees). Sprinkle with parsley before serving.
