    Things To Grab

    • Heavy thread and large sewing needle or fishing line and tapestry needle
    • Toothpicks
    • Snowflake-shaped cookie cutter
    • Large rectangle charcuterie board
    • 3 large white dinner plates

    Directions

    1. For popcorn garland, use a long, heavy thread, and a large sewing needle or a long fishing line and tapestry needle to thread popcorn. Tie knots at both ends; set aside.

    2. For cheese-and-olive skewers, alternately thread mozzarella pearls, cocktail onions, stuffed olives, and capers onto toothpicks; set aside. For garnish, if desired, cut mozzarella slices into snowflakes using a snowflake-shaped cookie cutter; set aside.

    3. To assemble the board, place 3 large white dinner plates in a row on a large rectangle-shaped charcuterie board. Arrange popcorn garland and rosemary sprigs around the plates.

    4. Place Burrata in center of top plate; arrange half of the Brie wedges and Gouda curds around Burrata. Top Burrata with shredded Parmesan cheese.

    5. Place mozzarella ball in center of bottom plate; arrange spreadable cheese wedges around mozzarella ball; place smaller blue cheese wedges on top spreadable cheese wedges, then arrange remaining  Brie wedges around mozzarella ball. Top cheese wedges with shaved Parmesan cheese.

    6. For center plate, arrange cheese-and-olive skewers in a circle on the plate. Place a Babybel cheese round in the center. Cut fresh mozzarella cheese slices in half to form half-moon shapes. Place a half-moon slice in between each of the skewers.

    7. Arrange assorted crackers and crostini around the plates on the charcuterie board. Garnish with mozzarella snowflakes, dried cranberries, and assorted nuts.
