1 lbs. fresh sugar snap peas
2 tbsp. Hy-Vee lemon juice
1 tbsp. dried mint

⅛ tsp. Hy-Vee ground pepper

Directions

  1. Heat oil in skillet over medium-high heat and add onions and sugar snap peas.
  2. Add lemon juice, mint, salt and pepper.
  3. Saute 10 minutes, or until the sugar snap peas are crisp-tender.
