    4 tbsp. Hy-Vee butter, melted
    1 tbsp. packed Hy-Vee brown sugar
    1 c. finely crushed Hy-Vee graham crackers (about 15)
    1 ⅓ c. premium dark chocolate chips
    ½ c. Hy-Vee whole milk
    2 c. Hy-Vee miniature marshmallows, divided
    ½ c. English toffee bits

    Directions

    1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line an 8-by-8-inch baking pan with foil, leaving about 1 inch of foil extending over the edges of the pan; set aside.
    2. In a medium bowl, combine melted butter and brown sugar. Add cracker crumbs, stirring to combine. Spread in prepared pan, pressing evenly onto bottom. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes or until light brown. Cool on a wire rack.
    3. Meanwhile, in a medium saucepan, combine chocolate chips and milk. Cook over medium heat until chocolate is melted, stirring constantly. Cool for 10 minutes.
    4. Preheat broiler. Stir 1 cup marshmallows and toffee bits into dark chocolate mixture. Spread mixture over crust in pan. Sprinkle remaining 1 cup marshmallows over top. Broil for 1 to 2 minutes or until marshmallows are golden and toasted.
