For Dark Chocolate Pancakes: Combine pancake mix and baking cocoa. Stir in water and vanilla baking chips.
Cook each pancake batch according to package directions, using 1/3 cup batter for each pancake. Alternately layer chocolate chip and dark chocolate pancakes; spoon 1 tablespoon hot fudge sauce and 3 toasted marshmallows between pancakes.
