    Dark Chocolate Pancakes
    ½ c. Hy-Vee complete pancake and waffle mix
    2 tbsp. Hy-Vee baking cocoa
    1 ½ tbsp. water
    ¼ c. Hy-Vee creamy white baking chips
    Garnishes
    5 tbsp. Hy-Vee hot fudge sauce, divided
    15 Hy-Vee marshmallows, divided
    Hy-Vee miniature marshmallows

    Directions

    1. For Chocolate Chip Pancakes: Combine pancake mix, water, and semisweet chocolate chips in a medium bowl. Whisk thoroughly to combine.

    2. For Dark Chocolate Pancakes: Combine pancake mix and baking cocoa. Stir in water and vanilla baking chips.

    3. Cook each pancake batch according to package directions, using 1/3 cup batter for each pancake. Alternately layer chocolate chip and dark chocolate pancakes; spoon 1 tablespoon hot fudge sauce and 3 toasted marshmallows between pancakes. At the top of the stack, top with additional miniature marshmallows; toast stack with a kitchen torch. Drizzle with chocolate-flavored syrup.
