    1 c. plain or vanilla soy milk
    ½ medium banana, frozen
    2 tbsp. chocolate syrup, optional
    1 tbsp. peanut butter, optional

    Directions

    1. For Basic Smoothie, puree soy milk and banana in a blender until smooth. Pour into a glass and serve immediately.
    2. For Chocolate Banana Smoothie: Add 2 tablespoons chocolate syrup to the basic smoothie recipe.
    3. For Peanut Butter Banana Smoothie: Add 1 tablespoon peanut butter to the basic smoothie recipe.
    4. For Chocolate Peanut Butter Smoothie: Add 2 tablespoons chocolate syrup and 1 tablespoon peanut butter to the basic smoothie recipe.
