Servings and Ingredients
|2||(8 oz each) containers Hy-Vee low-fat strawberry yogurt|
|½ c.||low-fat vanilla soymilk|
|2||bananas, peeled and sliced|
|1 c.||frozen strawberries|
- Combine yogurt, soymilk, bananas and strawberries in a blender. Blend until very smooth. Divide among 6 (9-ounce) paper cups.
- Freeze for 30 minutes. Put a wooden pop stick in the center of each cup. Return to the freezer and freeze until firm, at least 4 hours.
- To serve, carefully peel off paper cup.
