2 (8 oz each) containers Hy-Vee low-fat strawberry yogurt | ||
½ c. low-fat vanilla soymilk | ||
2 bananas, peeled and sliced | ||
1 c. frozen strawberries |
Directions
- Combine yogurt, soymilk, bananas and strawberries in a blender. Blend until very smooth. Divide among 6 (9-ounce) paper cups.
- Freeze for 30 minutes. Put a wooden pop stick in the center of each cup. Return to the freezer and freeze until firm, at least 4 hours.
- To serve, carefully peel off paper cup.
