    2 (8 oz each) containers Hy-Vee low-fat strawberry yogurt
    ½ c. low-fat vanilla soymilk
    2 bananas, peeled and sliced
    1 c. frozen strawberries

    Directions

    1. Combine yogurt, soymilk, bananas and strawberries in a blender. Blend until very smooth. Divide among 6 (9-ounce) paper cups.
    2. Freeze for 30 minutes. Put a wooden pop stick in the center of each cup. Return to the freezer and freeze until firm, at least 4 hours.
    3. To serve, carefully peel off paper cup.
