1 lbs. Hy-Vee One Step russet potatoes, scrubbed and cut into 1/2-inch slices
½ lbs. sweet potatoes, scrubbed and cut into 1/2-inch slices
1 medium red onion, thinly sliced
1 tbsp. Gustare Vita garlic-flavored olive oil
1 tsp. Hy-Vee dried rosemary
½ tsp. smoked paprika
Hy-Vee salt
Hy-Vee cracked black pepper

  • Aluminum foil

Directions

  1. Preheat a charcoal or gas grill for direct cooking over medium-high heat. Cut 2 (24x15-inches each) of heavy foil.

  2. Toss potatoes with onion, garlic olive oil, rosemary, and paprika. Sprinkle with salt and black pepper. Divide mixture between foil pieces; fold into pouches.

  3. Grill 15 minutes; carefully unwrap. Grease grill rack. Grill potato slices 5 to 8 minutes or until crisp and charred, turning once halfway through.
