|1 lbs. Hy-Vee One Step russet potatoes, scrubbed and cut into 1/2-inch slices|
|½ lbs. sweet potatoes, scrubbed and cut into 1/2-inch slices|
|1 medium red onion, thinly sliced|
|1 tbsp. Gustare Vita garlic-flavored olive oil|
|1 tsp. Hy-Vee dried rosemary|
|½ tsp. smoked paprika|
|Hy-Vee cracked black pepper|

Toss potatoes with onion, garlic olive oil, rosemary, and paprika. Sprinkle with salt and black pepper. Divide mixture between foil pieces; fold into pouches.
Grill 15 minutes; carefully unwrap. Grease grill rack. Grill potato slices 5 to 8 minutes or until crisp and charred, turning once halfway through.
