¼ c. Hy-Vee light mayonnaise | ||
2 tbsp. sundried tomatoes in oil, drained and finely chopped | ||
1 ½ tsp. smoked paprika | ||
Hy-Vee salt, to taste | ||
Fresh parsley, for garnish |

Directions
- Mash yolks with fork. Stir in mayonnaise, tomatoes, paprika and if desired, salt until well blended. Refill whites, using about 1 tablespoon yolk mixture for each egg white half. Chill to blend flavors. Garnish with parsley, if desired.
