Smoky Chicken Nachos

1 (13 oz) bag Tostitos original restaurant-style tortilla chips | ||
4 c. shredded cooked chicken breast | ||
2 (4 oz each) cans Hy-Vee diced green chiles, undrained | ||
1 tsp. ground cumin | ||
1 (3.8 oz) can Hy-Vee sliced ripe olives, drained | ||
1 (8 oz) pkg Hy-Vee shredded Mexican blend cheese | ||
Guacamole, Hy-Vee salsa and Hy-Vee sour cream, for serving |
Directions
- Heat oven to 400 degrees.
- Spread tortilla chips on a rimmed baking sheet or on an oven-safe serving platter.
- Stir together chicken, green chiles and cumin and sprinkle over chips. Top with black olives and cheese.
- Bake for 10 minutes or until cheese is melted. Serve with guacamole, salsa and sour cream, if desired.
