Homemade jalapeno poppers have never been this easy. Or this tasty... thanks to the addition of some smoked Gouda cheese.

10 fresh jalapeno peppers, halved lengthwise and seeds removed
1 (8-oz.) Hy-Vee plain cream cheese, softened
4 oz. Roth smoked Gouda cheese, finely shredded (about 1 c.)
¼ tsp. Hy-Vee paprika

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Beat together cream cheese, Gouda cheese and paprika. Spoon cheese mixture into pepper halves and place in a large rimmed baking pan. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until cheese is bubbly. Serve warm.
