    4 oz.Hy-Vee cream cheese, softened
    ½ c.Hy-Vee sour cream
    4 oz.smoked salmon, chopped
    1 tsp.Hy-Vee lemon juice
    2 tsp.Hy-Vee Dijon mustard
    2 tsp.small capers, chopped
    ¼ c.minced red onion
    22wonton wrappers
    Fennel fronds or fresh dill, optional

    Directions

    1. Mix cream cheese and sour cream. Add salmon, lemon juice, mustard, capers and onion.
    2. Place wonton wrappers in muffin tins. Spray wrapper with cooking spray.
    3. Spoon about 1 tablespoon mixture in each cup.
    4. Bake 10 to 12 minutes.
    5. Garnish with fennel fronds or fresh dill, if desired.
