Smoked Salmon Bites

4 oz. Hy-Vee cream cheese, softened | ||
½ c. Hy-Vee sour cream | ||
4 oz. smoked salmon, chopped | ||
1 tsp. Hy-Vee lemon juice | ||
2 tsp. Hy-Vee Dijon mustard | ||
2 tsp. small capers, chopped | ||
¼ c. minced red onion | ||
22 wonton wrappers | ||
Fennel fronds or fresh dill, optional |
Directions
- Mix cream cheese and sour cream. Add salmon, lemon juice, mustard, capers and onion.
- Place wonton wrappers in muffin tins. Spray wrapper with cooking spray.
- Spoon about 1 tablespoon mixture in each cup.
- Bake 10 to 12 minutes.
- Garnish with fennel fronds or fresh dill, if desired.
