Smoked Salmon Bites

½ c. Hy-Vee baking mix | ||
½ c. Hy-Vee 2% milk | ||
¼ c. Hy-Vee sour cream | ||
1 tbsp. Hy-Vee Dijon mustard | ||
2 Hy-Vee large eggs | ||
⅔ c. Hy-Vee shredded cheddar cheese | ||
½ c. chopped smoked salmon | ||
1 tbsp. chopped green onion | ||
1 tsp. Hy-Vee dried dill weed |
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Spray 24 mini muffin cups with cooking spray.
- In a large bowl, beat together baking mix, milk, sour cream, Dijon mustard and eggs. Stir in cheese, salmon, green onion and dill weed. Spoon about 1 tablespoon into each muffin cup.
- Bake 15 to 18 minutes or until golden. Cool 5 minutes before removing from pan. Serve warm.
