Smoked Salmon and Avocado Wraps

¼ c. light chive and onion cream cheese, divided | ||
1 (6 oz) pkg smoked salmon, divided | ||
1 avocado, peeled, pitted and sliced, divided | ||
¼ c. shredded Asiago cheese, divided | ||
2 romaine lettuce leaves, divided |
Directions
- Spread each wrap with 2 tablespoons cream cheese.
- Top each with 1/4 cup salmon, 1/2 avocado slices, 2 tablespoons cheese and 1 lettuce leaf.
- Roll up tightly and slice diagonally in half to serve.
