    1 tsp. Hy-Vee lemon juice
    1 tbsp. Gustare Vita olive oil

    Directions

    1. Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Spray a shallow baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.

    2. Place salmon in prepared dish.

    3. Combine lemon pepper, dill and garlic powder in a small bowl. Whisk in mustard, lemon juice and olive oil. Spread evenly on fish.

    4. Bake, uncovered, for 25 to 30 minutes or until fish flakes easily.
