    5 medium Gala apples, peeled, cored, and thinly sliced
    1 c. Hy-Vee brown sugar, packed
    ¼ c. Hy-Vee all-purpose baking mix
    1 tsp. McCormick® ground cinnamon
    Oatmeal Cobbler Topping
    1 c. Hy-Vee all-purpose baking mix
    ½ c. Hy-Vee quick cooking oats
    ½ c. Hy-Vee brown sugar, packed
    ⅓ c. Hy-Vee granulated sugar
    ½ tsp. McCormick® ground cinnamon
    ¼ tsp. Hy-Vee salt
    ½ c. Hy-Vee unsalted butter, cold, cut into pieces
    It's Your Churn homemade vanilla ice cream, for serving

    Directions

    1. Spray the inside of a 3-to-4-quart slow cooker with nonstick spray. Add apple slices, brown sugar, baking mix, and cinnamon to a large bowl; toss to combine. Place in prepared slow cooker.

    2. Place baking mix, quick oats, brown sugar, granulated sugar, cinnamon, and salt into a medium bowl. Cut in cold butter with a pastry blender or a fork until crumbs resemble the size of peas. Sprinkle over apple filling in slow cooker. Cover; cook on HIGH for 3 hours.

    3. Remove lid from slow cooker and allow to cool slightly. If desired, serve cobbler warm with ice cream.
