|1 tsp. McCormick® ground cinnamon|

|1 c. Hy-Vee all-purpose baking mix|
|½ c. Hy-Vee quick cooking oats|
|½ c. Hy-Vee brown sugar, packed|
|⅓ c. Hy-Vee granulated sugar|
|½ tsp. McCormick® ground cinnamon|
|¼ tsp. Hy-Vee salt|
|½ c. Hy-Vee unsalted butter, cold, cut into pieces|
|It's Your Churn homemade vanilla ice cream, for serving|

Place baking mix, quick oats, brown sugar, granulated sugar, cinnamon, and salt into a medium bowl. Cut in cold butter with a pastry blender or a fork until crumbs resemble the size of peas. Sprinkle over apple filling in slow cooker. Cover; cook on HIGH for 3 hours.
Remove lid from slow cooker and allow to cool slightly. If desired, serve cobbler warm with ice cream.
