Directions
Place baking mix, quick oats, brown sugar, granulated sugar, cinnamon, and salt into a medium bowl. Cut in cold butter with a pastry blender or a fork until crumbs resemble the size of peas. Sprinkle over apple filling in slow cooker. Cover; cook on HIGH for 3 hours.
Remove lid from slow cooker and allow to cool slightly. If desired, serve cobbler warm with ice cream.
