|1 lbs. lean ground beef|
|½ c. onion, chopped|
|2 (24-oz. each) jars Hy-Vee traditional pasta sauce|
|1 (16-oz.) tub Hy-Vee small curd cottage cheese|
|1 c. Hy-Vee shredded 2% milk mozzarella cheese|
|½ c. Hy-Vee shredded Parmesan cheese|

- Boil noodles 12 minutes or until they are just tender. Drain well and transfer to a large bowl.
- Meanwhile, brown ground beef and onion in a large skillet. Drain. Stir in pasta sauce. Add to noodles and stir well.
- Fold cottage cheese and mozzarella cheese into noodles and sauce. Pour into a greased slow-cooker. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
- Cover and cook on LOW for 4 hours.
