|10 Hy-Vee original bratwursts, or beer bratwursts|
|1 (21-oz.) bottle Lillie's Q Memphis-style sweet barbecue sauce|
|½ c. Hy-Vee ketchup|
|1 tbsp. garlic, minced|
|¾ tsp. Hy-Vee salt|
|½ tsp. Hy-Vee ground black pepper|
|Green onion, sliced, for garnish|
|Hy-Vee yellow mustard, for serving|

- 6-quart slow cooker
Bias-slice brats; transfer to a 6-quart slow cooker. Stir in barbecue sauce, ketchup, garlic, salt, and black pepper. Cook on HIGH for 4 hours or LOW for 6 to 8 hours, stirring occasionally.
To serve, reduce heat to keep warm. Garnish with sliced green onions, if desired. Serve with yellow mustard for dipping.
