    1 large red bell pepper, chopped
    1 large green bell pepper, chopped
    1 large sweet onion, chopped
    1 tsp. minced garlic
    2 lbs. boneless round steak, cubed
    1 (1.25 oz) package Hy-Vee fajita seasoning mix
    ½ c. water
    ½ c. Hy-Vee salsa, optional
    ½ c. Hy-Vee shredded taco cheese, optional
    Hy-Vee sour cream, optional

    Directions

    1. Place peppers and onion in a 5-quart slow-cooker. Top with beef.
    2. Sprinkle fajita seasoning over meat and pour in water.
    3. Cover and cook on LOW for 8 to 10 hours or on HIGH for 4 to 5 hours or until tender.
    4. Serve topped with salsa, cheese and sour cream if desired.
