    Tots meet sloppy joes in this ultimate comfort food dish. This recipe makes eight generous servings and can be made with sweet potato tots or regular.

    32 oz. Ore-Ida tater tots
    1 ½ lbs. ground beef
    1 onion, finely chopped
    2 clove(s) garlic, minced
    1 (8 oz) can tomato sauce
    ½ c. ketchup
    ¼ c. water
    3 tbsp. brown sugar
    1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 tsp. salt
    2 c. shredded cheddar cheese

      Directions

      1. Arrange tater tots in a single layer in a 13-by-9-by-2-inch baking pan. Bake at 425 degrees for 12 minutes.
      2. Meanwhile, in a large skillet, brown beef with onion and garlic; drain. Add remaining ingredients except cheese; mix well. Pour beef mixture over hot tater tots; sprinkle with cheese.
      3. Bake an additional 15 minutes or until mixture is hot and cheese is melted.
