1 c. Hy-Vee plain Greek yogurt
1 (10-oz.) pkg. fresh spinach
1 (14-oz.) can Hy-Vee quartered artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
1 c. Hy-Vee 2% reduced-fat shredded mozzarella cheese
1 tsp. Hy-Vee garlic powder
¼ tsp. Hy-Vee ground black pepper
½ c. Hy-Vee shredded Parmesan cheese

  • Hy-Vee nonstick cooking spray
  • Large bowl

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Lightly spray a 9x13-inch baking pan with nonstick spray.

  2. In a large bowl, combine cream cheese, yogurt, artichokes, garlic powder, black pepper, and mozzarella cheese. Fold in spinach.

  3. Place dip into prepared pan and top with Parmesan cheese. Bake 30 to 40 minutes or until cheese is melted and dip is hot.
