We love this recipe for so many reasons. It's kid-friendly, serves a crowd in under 30 minutes, and the yogurt in the sauce makes it extra creamy.
Servings and Ingredients
|1 (12 oz) box Hy-Vee bow-tie noodles|
|1 lbs. lean ground beef|
|1 (24 oz) jar Hy-Vee pasta sauce|
|1 tsp. Hy-Vee Italian seasoning|
|½ c. Hy-Vee 2%-milk shredded mozzarella cheese|
|1 (6 oz) container nonfat plain Greek yogurt|
|Hy-Vee salt and black pepper, to taste|
- Cook bow-tie noodles according to package directions; drain.
- Meanwhile, brown ground beef in large skillet over medium-high heat until no longer pink; drain and return to skillet.
- Add pasta sauce, seasoning, cheese, Greek yogurt and cooked pasta to beef.
- Fold together and heat over low heat about 5 minutes or until cheese melts. Season with salt and pepper, if desired.
