    4 (4 oz each) top loin pork chops
    ¼ c. Hy-Vee original barbecue sauce
    ¼ c. Hy-Vee light Italian dressing
    1 tsp. Hy-Vee chili powder, optional

    Directions

    1. Brown pork chops on one side in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
    2. Combine barbecue sauce, Italian dressing and chili powder, if desired.
    3. Flip pork chops and evenly pour sauce on top. Cover and simmer 10 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 145 degrees. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
