    1 tbsp. Hy-Vee Select olive oil
    ½ lbs. boneless beef sirloin steak, cut into bite-size pieces
    1 (16 oz) pkg frozen Hy-Vee stir-fry vegetables with noodles
    ¼ c. lite soy sauce
    1 (14 oz) can lower-sodium beef broth
    3 c. water
    ½ tsp. red pepper flakes
    Hy-Vee black pepper, to taste

    Directions

    1. Heat oil in a large saucepan over medium-high heat. Cook beef in oil about 2 minutes, stirring occasionally, until brown.
    2. Stir in vegetables, soy sauce, broth, water, red pepper flakes and black pepper. Heat to boiling and simmer for 5 minutes.
