    2 tbsp.Hy-Vee soy sauce
    ¼ tsp.Hy-Vee red pepper flakes
    1 tbsp.honey
    ½ lbs.fresh turnip greens, stems removed
    2 qt.water
    1(10 oz) pkg fresh spinach
    1 tbsp.Hy-Vee pecan pieces, toasted

    Directions

    1. In a small bowl, combine soy sauce, red pepper flakes and honey. Stir until blended.
    2. In an 8-quart stockpot, bring water to a boil. Add turnip greens. Cover and cook 1 minute. Add spinach and cook until wilted. Drain and rinse greens under cold water. Drain again and pat dry.
    3. Toss greens with sesame dressing.
    4. Top with toasted pecans.
