Description

Lunch ideas don't have to be complicated. This simple ham salad recipe makes four lunches in 10 minutes. Just serve with a pita pocket, flat bread, or tortilla chips, and round it out with Peaceful Piranha Sweet Chili Peanut Poppers and Hy-Vee Short Cuts Carrot Sticks.

16 oz. cooked Hickory smoked ham, roughly chopped

Directions

  1. In a medium bowl, stir together mayonnaise, mustard, shallot, and dill pickle relish; set aside.

  2. Place ham into a food processor and pulse until desired consistency is reached. Add ham to mayonnaise mixture, folding to combine. Keep refrigerated until ready to serve.
