    12 oz.lump crab meat (about 1 1/2 c.)
    2green onions, thinly sliced
    2 tbsp.chopped parsley
    1 tbsp.Hy-Vee lemon juice
    3 to 4 tbsp Hy-Vee mayonnaise
    Hy-Vee salt and Hy-Vee black pepper, to taste
    Romaine lettuce, optional
    Prepared guacamole, optional

    Directions

    1. In a small bowl, combine crab, green onion, parsley, lemon juice and mayonnaise. Season with salt and pepper. Serve over lettuce and top with guacamole, if desired.
