Napoleons are French pastries that are made from multiple crispy layers of puff pastry and a variety of fillings. For our version, we layered creamy vanilla-flavored whipped topping and fresh strawberries.

Combine whipped topping and vanilla pudding in a medium bowl. Layer pastry sections with pudding mixture and sliced strawberries; repeat to create 3 layers. Sprinkle top layer with powdered sugar and drizzle with melted dark chocolate. Garnish with fresh sliced strawberries, if desired.
