    1 c. Hy-Vee skim milk
    ½ c. vanilla chai spice liquid coffee creamer
    ½ banana
    1 orange, peeled and sectioned

    Directions

    1. Combine milk, creamer, banana and orange in a blender. Blend until smooth.
    2. Pour into a small saucepan; add one cinnamon stick. Simmer over medium-low heat until warm, stirring occasionally. Discard cinnamon stick.
    3. Pour hot mixture into warm mugs. Garnish each mug with a cinnamon stick.
