    2 cinnamon sticks
    2 tbsp. whole cloves
    2 tbsp. whole allspice

    Directions

    1. Combine all ingredients in a large stockpot. Bring to a boil over medium heat. Cover and simmer for 10 to 15 minutes.
    2. Strain cider to remove spices if desired. Serve hot.
