2 tsp. Hy-Vee salt
2 tsp. Hy-Vee ground cumin
1 tbsp. Gustare Vita olive oil
2 tbsp. fresh lime juice
2 tbsp. fresh cilantro, finely chopped
1 ¼ c. Hy-Vee Short Cuts guacamole, divided
60 Hy-Vee stone ground tortilla chips
⅔ c. Hy-Vee Short Cuts diced red onion, divided

Directions

  1. Season thawed shrimp with salt, pepper, and cumin.

  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add shrimp, fresh lime juice, and cilantro. Cook and stir until shrimp is heated through.

  3. Spread 2 teaspoons guacamole on each tortilla chip. Top with shrimp and 1/2 teaspoon red onion.
