    2 tsp. reduced-sodium taco seasoning
    ¾ lbs. raw peeled and deveined medium shrimp
    1 (9 oz) bag classic romaine salad blend
    ½ c. Hy-Vee shredded 2% cheddar cheese
    ½ c. Hy-Vee Select mild black bean and corn salsa
    ¼ c. Hy-Vee light sour cream

    Directions

    1. Combine taco seasoning and shrimp. Cook over medium heat in a large non-stick skillet until shrimp is pink, about 3 minutes.
    2. Toss together romaine, shrimp and cheese in a large serving bowl. Mix together salsa and sour cream and mix into salad.
