¾ lbs. raw peeled and deveined medium shrimp | ||
1 (9 oz) bag classic romaine salad blend | ||
½ c. Hy-Vee shredded 2% cheddar cheese | ||
½ c. Hy-Vee Select mild black bean and corn salsa | ||
¼ c. Hy-Vee light sour cream |
Directions
- Combine taco seasoning and shrimp. Cook over medium heat in a large non-stick skillet until shrimp is pink, about 3 minutes.
- Toss together romaine, shrimp and cheese in a large serving bowl. Mix together salsa and sour cream and mix into salad.
