¼ lbs. Hy-Vee Fish Market raw peeled and deveined shrimp, thawed if frozen
1 Hy-Vee Short Cuts shucked corn on the cob, cut into 1-1/2-to-2-inch pieces
2 tsp. Cajun seasoning
3 oz. Kielbasa sausage, sliced

Things To Grab

  • Charcoal or gas grill
  • Aluminum foil
  • Hy-Vee nonstick cooking spray

Directions

  1. Preheat a charcoal or gas grill to medium-high heat. Cut two large pieces of aluminum foil and spray with nonstick cooking spray.

  2. Season shrimp and corn with Cajun seasoning and add to prepared foil; top with kielbasa sausage. Tightly seal to create a foil packet. 

  3. Place foil packet on grill and grill 10 to 12 minutes or until shrimp are opaque, sausage is warmed through, and corn kernels have softened. Remove from grill and serve immediately.
