    2 tsp. Gustare Vita olive oil
    1 tsp. Hy-Vee seasoned salt
    1 lbs. Hy-Vee cooked medium shrimp, (71 to 90 ct.)
    1 c. Hy-Vee Short Cuts chopped red onions
    1 c. cherry tomatoes, quartered
    1 c. fresh mozzarella pearls
    ½ c. Hy-Vee mango chipotle vinaigrette
    ¼ tsp. Hy-Vee black pepper
    1 lbs. Hy-Vee lump crabmeat
    16 tbsp. Hy-Vee homestyle mild guacamole, divided
    Hy-Vee crushed red pepper, for garnish
    Fresh basil leaves, for garnish

    Directions

    1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Place sliced baguettes on prepared baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil and seasoned salt. Bake 10 minutes or until lightly toasted. Cool.

    2. Combine shrimp, red onions, cherry tomatoes, mozzarella pearls, mango chipotle vinaigrette, and black pepper in a medium bowl. Stir in crabmeat; set aside.

    3. Spread 1 tablespoon guacamole on each baguette slice. Top with shrimp and crab mixture. Sprinkle with crushed red pepper and, if desired, garnish with fresh basil leaves.
