Shrimp and Cheese Spread
Servings and Ingredients
|1||(8 oz) pkg Hy-Vee lite cream cheese, softened|
|1||(12 oz) jar Hy-Vee cocktail sauce|
|1||(4 oz) can small shrimp, rinsed and drained|
|1 ½ c.||Hy-Vee shredded mozzarella cheese|
|4||green onions, thinly sliced|
|1||medium tomato, diced|
|Hy-Vee snack crackers, for serving|
- Spread cream cheese evenly over a 12-inch serving plate.
- In a medium bowl, combine cocktail sauce and shrimp. Spoon evenly over cream cheese. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese, green onions and tomatoes.
- Serve immediately, or cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for up to 6 hours. Serve with Hy-Vee snack crackers.
