Directions
Pat tilapia dry with paper towels. In a small bowl, mix together butter, lemon juice, and cilantro lime seasoning; brush onto fish.
In a medium bowl, combine green beans, tomatoes, lemon slices, olive oil, salt, and pepper; toss to coat. Place coated vegetables around fish on baking sheet.
Bake for 10 to 12 minutes or until fish easily flakes with a fork (145 degrees) and vegetables are crisp-tender. Serve immediately.
