½ c. Hy-Vee finely shredded cheddar cheese
2 c. Hy-Vee ShortCuts, such as bell peppers, onions, broccoli, etc.
½ c. meat, cubed, such as ham, bacon, sausage, etc.

  • Hy-Vee nonstick cooking spray
  • Medium bowl

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a 15x10x1-inch baking sheet with aluminum foil and spray with nonstick cooking spray; set aside.

  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper. Pour mixture into prepared pan and sprinkle with shredded and your choice of toppings.

  3. Bake for 20 minutes until eggs have set, cheese has melted, and vegetables have softened. Cut into 12 pieces.
