1 c. diced celery | ||
4 Hy-Vee large eggs, hard boiled, peeled and sliced | ||
2 ½ c. frozen Hy-Vee peas | ||
½ c. diced green bell pepper | ||
1 c. diced sweet onion | ||
8 slice(s) Hy-Vee bacon, fried and chopped | ||
2 c. Hy-Vee mayonnaise | ||
2 tbsp. Hy-Vee granulated sugar | ||
2 c. Hy-Vee shredded cheddar cheese |
Directions
- Place lettuce in 9-by-13-inch glass baking dish or large clear serving bowl. Layer with celery, egg slices, peas, bell pepper, onion and bacon.
- In a medium bowl, stir together mayonnaise and sugar. Spread over the top of salad.
- Top with cheese. Cover and refrigerate until chilled or up to 24 hours.
