1 clove(s) garlic, minced
¼ c. diced red onion
1 bunch(es) fresh asparagus spears, trimmed
1 tbsp. lime juice
1 tsp. lemon pepper
1 tbsp. sesame seeds
¼ tsp. Hy-Vee salt

Directions

  1. Melt butter with olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Stir in garlic and onion. Cook for 1 to 2 minutes.
  2. Stir in asparagus spears. Cook until tender, about 5 minutes. Stir in lime juice, lemon pepper, sesame seeds and salt. Serve.
