1 (3 oz) package beef-flavored ramen noodles, crushed, seasoning packet included
1 (8 oz) can That's Smart pineapple tidbits, drained, juice reserved
2 tbsp. Hy-Vee canola oil
¼ c. Hy-Vee cider vinegar
2 tsp. light teriyaki sauce
1 (12 oz) bag broccoli slaw
1 bunch(es) green onions, chopped
1 small yellow squash, julienned
2 tbsp. sesame seeds
½ c. Hy-Vee sunflower kernels
½ c. Hy-Vee Fiber Active cereal

Directions

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together seasoning packet from ramen noodles, pineapple juice, oil, vinegar and teriyaki sauce. Set aside.
  2. In a large bowl, combine pineapple, broccoli slaw, onions, squash, sesame seeds, sunflower kernels, cereal and crushed ramen noodles.
  3. Stir in pineapple juice mixture until combined. Cover and refrigerate until serving.
