1 (3 oz) package beef-flavored ramen noodles, crushed, seasoning packet included | ||
1 (8 oz) can That's Smart pineapple tidbits, drained, juice reserved | ||
2 tbsp. Hy-Vee canola oil | ||
¼ c. Hy-Vee cider vinegar | ||
2 tsp. light teriyaki sauce | ||
1 (12 oz) bag broccoli slaw | ||
1 bunch(es) green onions, chopped | ||
1 small yellow squash, julienned | ||
2 tbsp. sesame seeds | ||
½ c. Hy-Vee sunflower kernels | ||
½ c. Hy-Vee Fiber Active cereal |
Directions
- In a small bowl, whisk together seasoning packet from ramen noodles, pineapple juice, oil, vinegar and teriyaki sauce. Set aside.
- In a large bowl, combine pineapple, broccoli slaw, onions, squash, sesame seeds, sunflower kernels, cereal and crushed ramen noodles.
- Stir in pineapple juice mixture until combined. Cover and refrigerate until serving.
