4 tbsp. lower-sodium soy sauce
4 tsp. dark sesame oil
1 lbs. firm tofu, cut into 1/2-inch cubes*

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Whisk together soy sauce and sesame oil.
  3. Pour soy sauce mixture over tofu and toss well.
  4. Put tofu (and any extra marinade) on a nonstick baking sheet. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes, stirring once. Serve hot with toothpicks.
  5. *Instead of cutting tofu into cubes, make rectangular slices and serve with dinner or as a sandwich filling.
