Seasoned Steak Fries

|4 large russet potatoes, cut into 8 wedges each|
|1 ½ tbsp. vegetable oil|
|1 tbsp. Durkee Kansas City-style seasoning salt|
- Place potatoes in a large bowl; add cold water to cover. Let stand 10 minutes; drain. Spread potatoes on paper towels to dry. Transfer potatoes to a clean, large bowl.
- Combine oil and seasoning salt. Drizzle evenly over potatoes and toss to distribute uniformly.
- Grill potatoes directly on grill rack for 15 to 20 minutes, turning once, or until potatoes are golden brown and cut easily.
